From discovery to transformation to celebration, our Home & Heart series guides residents through a journey of reimagining their spaces—honoring the stories they hold while creating comfort for the life they’re living today
A Three-Part Journey of Connection, Creativity & Comfort:
Session 1 – Dream It: Comfort & Clarity Discovery (2 hours)
Residents gather to explore what makes a space feel like home, share stories of cherished rooms and meaningful objects, and dream together about the spaces they want to create. Through guided storytelling and gentle reflection, we identify what brings comfort, joy, and peace.
Session 2 – Discover It: Adventure Day Outing (3-4 hours)
We venture out together on a curated shopping experience, exploring local shops and discovering pieces that speak to each resident’s story. With guidance and support, residents select items that will transform their rooms into true sanctuaries—whether that’s a cozy throw, meaningful artwork, or a lamp that casts just the right glow.
Session 3 – Celebrate It: Stories in Our Spaces (2-3 hours)
Residents unveil their transformed spaces and share the stories behind their choices. We document these personal sanctuaries with professional photography, celebrate the courage it takes to create change, and honor the unique way each resident has made their space their own.
Perfect for: 12-15 engaged independent living residents
Timeline: 4-6 weeks, scheduled around your community calendar
